Where does Hair Love ship to?

We ship everywhere, yes, that’s right, we ship worldwide 

Domestic

For all Canadian shipments, we use Chitchat and Canada Post.

International

For international shipments, we use DHL, UPS and FedEX.

What are your shipping charges?

Shipping and delivery charges are determined by your package weight and location. At checkout our shipping calculator will let you know your specific shipment cost. Canadian shipping starts between $10-$14. International shipping starts between $12-$22.

When will my package ship?

After you’ve paid for your order, we will ship your order within 3-7 days. Processing may take longer if your order is placed around the Holidays or on a weekend.

Will I be hit with any duty charges?

Trust us, we don’t want you to be hit with any duty charges.
We are proudly a Canadian based company. All of our Canadian orders will not have any duty fees attached.
We are happy to say that most of our orders are free of any Import Taxes or Duty Fees, however, we cannot be held responsible for any taxes, seizures or fees from importing our product. We don’t want you to incur any duty fees and do our very best avoid any possible charges. The final decision is decided by your country's import regulations. We encourage you to contact your local customs agent if you have any questions regarding additional fees on your shipment

How do I track my package?

Tracking info. is added to your order within 1-12 hours of your order being shipped.

I paid for my order and did not receive a shipping or order confirmation, how can I get this?

This would be rare as this is an automated process but if it does happen, our sincere apologies. Please email info@hairlovebyquai.com to confirm your order was indeed placed. Please check your junk before emailing and double-check to make sure the correct email was entered at checkout.

What is your refund policy?

We accept returns. You can return unopened items in the original packaging within 14 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. If 14 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.
